四川大学高等职业技术培训中心是经四川大学和成都市劳动局、民政局批准设立的社会力量办学机构。中心成立于1996年，其前身是成立于1983年的成都科技大学职业技术培训部，在经两次并校改革后，中心更以新的体制，本着“以人为本、崇尚学术、追求卓越”的宗旨和理念，依托川大雄厚的师资与学科优势，创立了新的培训运行模式。中心不但建立了当代经理人与素质教育课题组，还自筹资金建设了远程培训教育基地，先后为社会各企事业单位培训了千余名的高素质管理人才
中心现有专兼职教师30名，其中教授、副教授22名，在计算机应用、电子商务、通讯技术、医药、旅游、企业管理等方面先后培养了万余名技术实用性与高层管理人才，为地方经济的发展做出了应有的贡献。四川大学高等职业技术培训中心以科技企业家、专业技术人才、企业管理人才为培养目标，以短期课程为主、长期课程为辅，长短结合的培训方式，开展高层次的培训、研讨、交流和企业诊断等活动。在机制、体制和管理上不断创新，大力发展适合市场经济发展和全球化趋势所需要的教育培训课程，积极引进国内外优质资源和成熟的在职培训经验，做到资源共享和利益共享，不断地培养高新技术企业人才，开拓毕业生就业市场，充分实现人才培养功能。
The high technological training center of job of Sichuan university regards scientific and technological entrepreneur, professional technician, enterprise managerial talent as the train objective, rely mainly on short-term course , long-term course for complement , training method that size combine, launch high-level training , discussion , exchanges and such activities as enterprises diagnose. Innovate constantly on mechanism , system , management , is it suit market economic development and globalization education training course trend need to develop in a more cost-effective manner, introduce foreign high-quality educational resources , ripe on-the-job training experience actively, accomplish the resource-sharing and benefits-sharing. In order to train talents of new high-tech enterprise , improve graduate's employment rate of the school to make due contribution, in order to fully realize the national personnel training function. |
